Job Summary
Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents in assisted living while following established policies and procedures. Deliver compassionate care with specific expertise in quadriplegic care, tracheotomy management including G-J tubes, S/P catheter care, and g-button care. Maintain excellent documentation standards and ensure all residents receive safe, compliant assistance. Requires current LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Currently have LPN license and in good standing
- Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- Current CPR Certification
- Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile
