LPN Float | FT | Gainesville Starke Palatka

LPN Float provides direct patient care in hospice and palliative care settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement and modify patient care plans, administer medications and IV therapy, monitor patient condition, educate patients and caregivers, participate in discharge planning, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support organizational quality and safety programs. Requires Florida LPN license, minimum two years of patient care experience, and ability to work across multiple hospice centers; strong nursing knowledge in hospice practices, excellent observation, documentation, and communication skills, and ability to adapt to changing environments.
