Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Sanford Health's Clinic Resource Team, rotating across departments to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Responsibilities include patient and family education, adaptability, reliability, attention to detail, and collaboration with providers to support a wide range of patients. The role emphasizes growth through onboarding and training, a team-focused work environment, and a full 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- IV therapy/management skills (ND: graduation from Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of curriculum or completion of IV Therapy course approved by North Dakota Board of Nursing)
- Maintains department-specific competencies and certifications
