Job Summary
Provide quality care under RN supervision to meet the varied needs of residents across multiple Benedictine communities. Conduct initial data collection on all residents while utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care. Travel to designated facilities within the region as required to support this float role. Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing is required, with English communication skills and clinical experience preferred. This position supports a non-profit senior care organization focused on Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice throughout the upper Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical experience preferred
