LPN - Flexible Shift Premium Pay

Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants per facility guidelines, administer medications as ordered, and make written and oral shift reports. Ensure adequate supplies of medications, equipment, and prescriptions are available by pulling patient charts and calling pharmacies to order. Perform general office duties as required while maintaining current, unencumbered LPN licensure with at least one year of experience. Work up to 29 hours per week across multiple Ohio communities via a mobile app to select and confirm shifts.
