LPN - Flexible Schedule

Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Administer medications, including insulin, and IV fluids with thorough documentation. Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene. Assess patient condition for additional injuries or infections and deliver appropriate treatments. Collaborate with providers, aides, and other health-care professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Requires graduation from a practical nursing program and an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; valid/unrestricted license and reliable transportation are required. Flexible scheduling options include FT, PT, and PRN, with Daily Pay available and no mandatory overtime. Equal opportunity employer.
