Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect patients for injuries or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling with daily pay options and no overtime required. Candidates must hold a current unrestricted LPN license, graduate from a practical nursing program, and possess at least 1200 hours of experience. Preferred qualifications include practical trach and/or ventilator experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state(s) in which candidate completed at least 1200 hours of experience as an LPN/LVN or completion of the OCan contact ffice's preceptor program
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
