Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect patients for injuries or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling with daily pay and no overtime required. Candidates must hold a current LPN license with at least 1200 hours of experience and CPR/AED certification.
Required Qualifications
