LPN - First Shift

Administer prescribed medications with 100% accuracy, count controlled substances, and ensure correct dosage without pre-pouring. Assist in resident admissions, provide hands-on care for activities of daily living, and respond promptly to resident and family requests. Supervise non-nursing staff, participate in performance evaluations, and ensure associates participate in resident activities. Complete required forms, maintain ECC and LNS logs, and ensure clear, accurate communications. Maintain a safe, clean environment, practice good body mechanics, and comply with ALF regulations and HIPAA standards. Work on-call nights and weekends, accepting calls from staff.
