LPN (Fee For Service)

Conduct skilled patient revisits in the home based on established clinical needs, implementing the plan of care and evaluating treatment progress. Perform nursing treatments such as urinary catheterization, sterile dressing changes, and tracheal suctioning under RN direction. Accurately observe, measure, record, and report clinical data, including documenting signs of health decline outside established parameters. Reconcile and administer prescribed medications per the physician's plan. Document visits electronically within 24-48 hours. Earn $48 per weekday or $55 per weekend/holiday visit. Requires NY State LPN license, one year med/surg experience, a valid NY driver's license with a car, and strong computer skills.
