LPN - Family Practice 1.0 FTE

Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of SPMG Management. Responsible for patient intake, verification, and recording of pertinent health history. Must demonstrate knowledge of nursing processes and provide excellent patient care within a holistic, family-centered care framework, while responding to patient calls and messages in a timely manner.
