Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the Evening Shift at StoneBridge Senior Living. Responsible for coordinating nursing care for residents on the unit, administering and documenting medications, performing wound care and other treatments per physician orders, conducting nursing assessments, and communicating with physicians and the nursing team. Requires a current state LPN license and CPR, with preferred experience in gerontological/long-term care nursing; benefits include paid time off, health benefits, 401(k), and tuition/training reimbursement. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 for full-time new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the applicable state
- CPR certification
- experience in long-term care preferred (2 years)
- basic computer skills; experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
