LPN - Englewood NJ

Conduct patient assessments, administer prescribed medications, and perform nursing treatments such as urinary catheterization and sterile dressing changes for home care patients recovering from illness or surgery. Revisit clients based on skilled needs, implement care plans, and evaluate treatment progress under the direction of a Coordinator of Care RN or RN. Document visits electronically within 24-48 hours and report clinical data regarding patient health status, including any signs of decline. Requires NY State LPN license, one year of med/surg experience, and good computer skills.
