LPN

Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, collaborate with RNs to report findings and execute patient care plans, monitor vital signs and responses to treatments, and support rehabilitation goals by building meaningful patient relationships. Demonstrate compassionate, personalized care aligned with physician orders and care plans, while contributing to a positive team environment and pursuing growth opportunities such as tuition reimbursement.
