Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans while supporting patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs toward successful recovery. Demonstrates compassionate, personalized care, monitors vital signs, and contributes to rehabilitation goals; participates in ongoing growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and a structured career path as part of Encompass Health’s post-acute care team.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting experience is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
