Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans. Deliver compassionate, personalized care aligned with physician orders, monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments, and support patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to promote successful recovery. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
