Job Summary
Communicate with the Director, Health and Wellness regarding resident needs to ensure consistent quality services. Provide hands-on care and specific nursing tasks as required, while offering clinical support and training for care staff to meet continuing education requirements. Assist in transcribing and reviewing new physicians' orders. Maintain proper certifications for local and state licensing agencies, including ongoing in-service trainings, accreditations, and specific coursework. Foster teamwork with co-workers by showing initiative in overcoming obstacles and taking actions that assist others beyond job responsibilities. This Full-Time 2nd Shift position (2PM-10PM) supports the Health and Wellness team in delivering high-quality resident care.
