Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Edgerton Care Center: provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders under supervision/delegation; administer medications and treatments; assess residents and report changes promptly; document care in the EMR; monitor performance and mentor CNAs; ensure infection control and safety compliance; perform other duties as assigned. Flexible scheduling options include Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual with Days, PMs, NOCs, and Weekends to fit your schedule. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity. (in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
