Job Summary
Manage medication administration, chart audits, and resident treatments per care plans while documenting health needs and processing medical orders. Communicate with the RN Director on staff and resident concerns, complete incident reports, and ensure safe practice adherence. Review appointments, arrange transportation, execute tours for potential admits, and monitor staff via R-Task. Occasionally fill in aide shifts, including weekends, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive team demeanor. Full-time non-exempt role with benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and vision.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from approved LPN program
- Possess a valid Minnesota LPN License
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Leadership ability
- Must be able to occasionally fill in aide shifts when needed, this could include weekends
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Must be able to work as a team member and maintain a positive demeanor
- Positive work attitude
