Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program
- Licensed Practical Nurse MN BON or Licensed Practical Nurse Wisconsin (if Wisconsin patients)
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross or in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
