Job Summary
LPN - Day Shift at StoneBridge Senior Living located in De Soto, MO. Responsible for coordinating nursing care for residents, administering and documenting medications per physician orders, and providing various treatments (e.g., wound care, catheterization, oxygen care, tracheostomy care) as part of a larger medical team. Requires a current state LPN license and CPR certification; 2 years of long-term care experience preferred. Utilizes EMR and collaborates with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and timely care.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
