Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Day Shift in a StoneBridge Senior Living community. Provides nursing care and medication administration to residents, including wound care, catheterization, oxygen care, tracheostomy care, and coordination with physicians; maintains narcotics accounting; documents physician orders and resident status; conducts nursing assessments and ensures appropriate staffing and safety; requires active LPN license and CPR certification; 2 years of long-term care experience preferred; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in gerontological, long-term care nursing preferred (2 years)
- Basic computer skills; experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
