LPN-Day Shift

Assess the full scope of patient needs using the nursing process on a continuous basis and provide a safe environment by identifying and correcting health and safety hazards. Cooperate with resource distribution to maintain a therapeutic environment while maintaining interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors, and co-workers. Serve in a leadership role through clinical practice, supervision, teaching, and research, including guiding direct reports on professional growth and development. Accountable for nursing practice through planned professional development and applying principles to provide ongoing patient care.
