Job Summary
Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication while utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing care. Organize and prioritize workflow to meet patient care needs effectively, adhering to current nursing standards of practice and regulations. Foster continuous quality improvement with problem-solving skills and demonstrate compassion, positivity, and teamwork in all aspects of care. Work 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm as part of a supportive team at National HealthCare Corporation's Hendersonville location.
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee LPN/RN Nursing License
