Job Summary
Conduct long-term care duties for residents at Heritage Hall, including daily nursing practices, procedures, and independent decision-making. Maintain effective communication with residents and diverse individuals while adhering to Virginia nursing laws and regulations. Graduates from accredited programs with active licenses and preferred long-term care experience are expected to work the 700a-300p or 700a-700p shift. Full-time employment includes medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions

- Experience in long-term care preferred
