Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatments while collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their rehabilitation goals and celebrate their victories. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees at Encompass Health, a leader in post-acute care with over 150 nationwide locations. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
