Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments while collaborating with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery, then celebrate patient victories along the way. This role is available full-time with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
