LPN - CWAT - Per Diem -(UTICA, NY)

Perform complete assessment data collection under RN or provider supervision, assess and reassess pain while educating patients and families on management strategies. Observe adverse changes in patient condition and notify appropriate staff immediately. Maintain current knowledge of medications and their correct administration, while cleaning and operating equipment correctly. Interact professionally with patients and families, involving them in patient education. This per diem LPN role is CWAT at the Family Medicine Center in Utica, NY, with a 0.2 FTE and 8.5-hour shifts. Current New York State Practical Nursing Registration and CPR certification are required.
