Job Summary
Perform complete assessment data collection on all patients under RN or provider supervision. Assess and reassess pain while educating patients and families regarding pain management. Observe adverse changes in patient condition and notify appropriate staff immediately. Maintain current knowledge of medications and their correct administration. Interact professionally with patients and families, involving them in patient education. Clean and operate equipment correctly. Execute other duties as required. Requires current New York State Practical Nursing Registration and CPR certification. Full-time day shift with 8-hour hours.
