LPN - CWAT - Family Medicine Center - Full Time - Days -(UTICA, NY)

LPN provides care to patients in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policy, under supervision of an RN/provider. Responsibilities include performing complete assessment data collection, assessing and reassessing pain and educating patients and families on pain management, observing for adverse changes in patient condition and notifying the RN/provider, maintaining knowledge of medications and proper administration, interacting professionally with patients and families with patient education involvement, operating equipment correctly, and performing other duties as required. Skills include strong assessment, medication administration, patient education, teamwork with healthcare professionals, and adherence to documentation and policy.
