LPN - CWAT - Children's Health Center -(UTICA, NY)

Conduct complete assessment data collection on patients under RN or provider supervision, assessing and reassessing pain while educating families on management. Observe adverse changes in patient condition and notify appropriate staff immediately. Maintain current knowledge of medications and their correct administration, and operate equipment correctly. Interact professionally with patients and families, involving them in patient education. Perform other duties as required. This full-time CWAT role in Pediatrics requires current New York State Practical Nursing Registration and CPR certification.
