LPN - Continuous Care - Nights - PRN

Provide continuous bedside clinical observations, prescribed care, and physical and emotional support to patients and families under RN supervision and physician orders. Accept and process physician orders to maximize patient comfort while reporting significant changes in patient condition or family needs as needed. Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio during night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including two weekend nights per month, across Manatee, Charlotte, DeSoto, and Sarasota counties. Mileage reimbursement applies for this role within southwest Florida.
