Job Summary
Join the LPN team at UR Medicine Thompson Health where you will maintain responsibility for all nursing care, administer medications, provide direct care, and ensure physicians' orders are executed in residents' care plans. Responsibilities also include documentation of resident information and supervising nursing assistants. This role requires a valid NYS LPN license and the ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS license as a LPN
- Able to work rotating weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 1 yr. experience in Long Term Care or acute care preferred
- Experience with guiding nursing through the regulatory survey process
- Excellent organizational skills
