LPN - Complete Care Outpatient Clinic

Deliver direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting, including administering prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians or standard protocols. Assist nurses and physicians with various procedures while documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses. Assess changes in patient condition and report to the nurse and physician as needed. Incorporate nursing activities that create a compassionate, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Adhere to the LPN scope of practice by contributing to the assessment of the health status of individuals, families, and communities.
