LPN - Community Crisis Stabilization - Relief

Assist the nurse manager with filling physician orders, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Provide guidance, education, and direct support to consumers to maintain physical and emotional health, live safely in the community, and develop skills for independent living. Perform occasional in-home visits to assess the needs of people served. Requires one year of experience in the mental health field. Weekends (11pm Friday - 7am Monday), evenings (3pm - 11pm), and overnight (11pm - 7am) shifts available with differentials.
