LPN

Assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychocultural care under the direction of a physician or Registered Nurse. Implement the nursing process by collecting healthcare data, setting measurable goals, modifying care plans, and evaluating progress toward identified consumer objectives. Document all phases of the nursing process in the resident's record while maintaining accurate documentation and explaining procedures to answer questions. Requires graduation from an LPN program, active NE licensure, and Basic Life Support certification upon hire. Located at CHI Health Immanuel in North Omaha, this role supports a multidisciplinary team providing full-service hospital and cancer center care.
