Assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care under the direction of a physician or registered nurse. Identify and manage patient crises until RN or physician assistance is available. Administer medications accurately and safely, monitoring adverse effects, reactions, and therapeutic responses. Obtain instruction, delegation, and supervision from an RN, while recognizing and performing duties needed even when not directly assigned. Report occurrences and complaints following the appropriate chain of command. Maintain accurate documentation and explain procedures to residents. Full-time weekend option with base pay plus shift differential.
