Job Summary
Provide high-quality in-home care to seniors in Maryland as an LPN. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health and vital signs, administering medications and treatments, wound care and dressing changes, assisting with catheter care, tube feeding, and other nursing procedures, observing and reporting changes in patient condition, educating patients and families about care plans and medications, maintaining accurate medical records and documentation, coordinating with RNs, doctors, therapists, and caregivers, and ensuring patient safety and infection control. Competitive pay of $40–$45/hour with flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) and opportunities for long-term client relationships and growth. Requires active Maryland LPN license; valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check; two professional references; TB screening (PPD/QuantiFERON Gold or CXR).
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland LPN License
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
