Job Summary
LPN in-home care for seniors in Maryland with responsibilities including monitoring health and vital signs, administering medications, wound and catheter care, tube feeding support, documenting patient conditions, educating patients/families on care plans, coordinating with RNs/doctors/therapists, and maintaining infection control; requires active Maryland LPN license and driver’s license with CPR certification preferred. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with competitive pay in the Germantown, MD area.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland LPN License
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
