Job Summary
LPN to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors in Maryland. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health and vital signs, administering medications and treatments, wound care and dressing changes, catheter care and other nursing procedures, observing and reporting changes, educating patients and families about care plans and medications, maintaining accurate medical records and documentation, coordinating with RNs/doctors/therapists/caregivers, ensuring patient safety and infection control. Requires an active Maryland LPN license, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, and two professional references; CPR certification preferred; PPD/QuantiFERON Gold or CXR required. Salary range $40–$45 per hour, with flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN). Benefits include opportunities for long-term client relationships and performance-based growth opportunities.
