Job Summary
LPN in-home care role providing high-quality care to seniors in Maryland. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health and vital signs, administering medications and treatments, wound care and dressing changes, catheter care, tube feeding support, educating patients and families about care plans and medications, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with RNs, doctors, therapists, and other caregivers. Emphasis on patient safety and infection control, with opportunities for long-term client relationships and performance-based growth. Licensure and CPR credentials, valid driver’s license, background check, and two professional references required. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN).
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland LPN License
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
