Job Summary
Provide in-home LPN nursing support for seniors in Maryland with responsibilities including monitoring patient health and vital signs, administering medications and treatments, wound care and dressing changes, catheter care, and education for patients and families. Coordinate with RNs, doctors, therapists, and caregivers; maintain accurate medical records; ensure patient safety and infection control; and support long-term client relationships. Flexible scheduling available (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) with competitive pay.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland LPN License
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
