Job Summary
Provide in-home, non-medical care to seniors in Maryland as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Responsibilities include monitoring patient health and vital signs, administering medications and treatments, performing wound care and dressing changes, assisting with catheter care and tube feeding, observing and reporting changes in patient condition, educating patients and families about care plans and medications, maintaining accurate medical records and documentation, coordinating with RNs, doctors, therapists, and caregivers, and ensuring patient safety and infection control. Requires active Maryland LPN license; CPR certification preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to pass a background check and provide two professional references; completion of PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR as applicable. Compensation is competitive: $40–$45/hour with flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) and opportunities for long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland LPN License
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
