Job Summary
Provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors in Maryland. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health and vital signs, administering medications and treatments, wound care and dressing changes, catheter care and tube feeding, observing and reporting changes in condition, educating patients and families about care plans and medications, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with RNs/doctors/therapists/caregivers, ensuring patient safety and infection control. Requires active Maryland LPN license; CPR certification preferred. Flexible scheduling available (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) with competitive pay and opportunities for long-term client relationships and performance-based growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland LPN License
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
