LPN Co-Op

LPN Co-Op supporting a nursing educational program at Concord Hospital in Franklin, NH. Under supervision of an RN, ARNP, physician, or physician assistant, the LPN delivers patient care including assessment, treatment planning, medication administration (five rights), and health education. The role involves triaging patient calls, documenting in the patient electronic medical record, performing both physical and psychosocial assessments, and completing annual clinical skill competencies. Requires completion of an accredited LPN program and NH licensure, plus current BLS/CPR certification. This role is designed to support learning within a nursing education program and maintain student nurse academic status.
