Job Summary
Provide quality patient care in an OB/GYN clinic setting, including taking vital signs, data collection, and medication administration; serve as a Health Educator and assist with prior authorizations, vaccine administration, and education for patients within the Patient-Centered Medical Home model. Responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, maintaining exam rooms and supplies, mentoring new nursing staff, coordinating with providers, ensuring PHI confidentiality, enrolling patients in myHMG, and supporting office operations and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- LPN license or MA Certification by the state in which employed
- 0 - 2 years LPN experience
- CPR certified
