Perform phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and Holter monitors while escorting patients to exam rooms and preparing them for procedures. Assist physicians with clinical tasks, administer medications, educate patients, and handle phone calls regarding patient needs. Maintain clean examination rooms, pull patient records, schedule appointments, and perform clerical duties as directed. Adhere to OSHA guidelines, participate in quality improvement activities, and ensure strict confidentiality. Keep LPN credentials current and follow established policies while maintaining a professional, courteous manner with staff and the public.
