LPN - Clinical Team Lead

Monitor clinic flow, assign resources to resolve issues, and manage coverage for call-ins and evening/weekend needs. Create staff schedules, approve overtime and PTO, and post weekly assignments by Thursday. Support associates with triage, direct patient care, and check-in/out processes while overseeing training, competency checks, and new hire orientations. Coordinate technology needs, manage inventory for clinical supplies and medications, and perform daily controls, testing, and cleaning. Conduct huddles, investigate incidents, and ensure a safe environment by monitoring biohazard storage and equipment functionality. Assist with HR needs, staff evaluations, and quality data reporting.
