LPN Clinical Supervisor

Supervise and support a team of clinicians including therapists, nurses, and case managers through regular clinical supervision and case consultations. Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance while supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff. Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive by fostering a culture where clients and staff feel heard, supported, and empowered. This full-time role reports into the Administrative office in Cabot, PA, requiring a Licensed Practical Nurse with at least one year of post-licensure experience and supervisory experience.
