Job Summary
Supervise and support a team of clinicians including therapists, nurses, and case managers through regular clinical supervision and case consultations. Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance requirements while supporting onboarding, training, and the ongoing development of staff. Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive by fostering a culture where both clients and staff feel heard, supported, and empowered. This full-time position reports into the Administrative office in Cabot, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in PA as a License Practical Nurse
- +1 years of post-licensure experience
